Under this license, apart from its own diligence and legalities, the license holder is not authorised to offer its services in the territories of United States of America, United Kingdom, the Province of New Brunswick and/or any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by the Tobique Gaming Commission.

LICENSE VERIFICATION SYSTEM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (DISCLAIMER)

The Tobique Gaming Commission has approved the License Verification system as a service to validate the status of the Company named above as Licensed entity by the Tobique Gaming Commission. It shall not be permitted to print, post or otherwise use letterhead, calling cards, literature, signage, or other representations in the name of the Tobique Gaming Commission (or any of its affiliates) or to represent itself as a supplier or service provider (or any of its affiliates) or make commitments on behalf of the Tobique Gaming Commission (or any of its affiliates) without the express, prior written permission of the Tobique Gaming Commission. It is not permitted to reproduce the information, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos or publicly display or use such information for commercial purposes without prior written permission of the Tobique Gaming Commission. It is forbidden for a Licensed entity to create or maintain a link from a website to this page of the License verification system without the prior written permission of the Tobique Gaming Commission.

DISCLAIMER OF BRAND OWNERSHIP AND WARRANTIES

The Tobique Gaming Commission and its Compliance and Supervision service provider do not own, operate or provide any of the services that the Licensed entity offers either through online methods or otherwise. The Tobique Gaming Commission has no financial interest in the Licensed entity and the onus of adherence and abiding to all local and international laws that govern the gambling activities is placed squarely on the Licensed entity. Except as provided in this section, the Tobique Gaming Commission and its Compliance and Supervision service provider make no other warranty, promise or obligation with respect to the Licensed entity’s products, services, marketing and advertising material, repair or performance of its offerings. The Tobique Gaming Commission and its Compliance and Supervision service provider disclaim any warranty, promise or obligation that the Licensed entity’s offerings shall be fit for any particular use or purpose, regardless of whether such use or purpose is made known to the Tobique Gaming Commission or not. The Tobique Gaming Commission and its Compliance and Supervision service provider hereby disclaim all other warranties, promises and obligations, express, implied or statutory, including any warranties, promises and obligations arising from a course of business dealings with the Licensed entity.

TRADEMARK LOGO (SEAL)

The logo used by this License Verification system is the official trademark of the Tobique First Nation and no unauthorised usage of the logo shall be tolerated without the prior written permission of the Tobique Gaming Commission. The Licensed entity may, however, indicate in its advertising and marketing materials that it has a valid license issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission and may, as necessary, incidentally use the logo trademark in its sales/marketing efforts.
